Our team of talented Artists are mentored to deliver the finest and most inclusive salon services. All the while enjoying a 43-50% commission structure with possibilities of 10-20% retail commissions. In addition, other incentives and self-driven contests are available to increase your take-home pay. Our Artists earn $55,000 to over $100,000+ in their first years behind the chair with us. All the while enjoying a 32-hour work week with 5-10 paid days off yearly.

 

Our Level System is strictly based on the demand on your time. Your only competition is yourself. Levels 1-3 enjoy a Tuesday-Saturday work week. As a Level 3 artist, you will enjoy one Saturday off every 6 weeks. Once you reach Level 4+, our Artists love their Monday through Friday work week. And often, Level 5 reduces to 4 days per week. The flexibility is amazing!

 

Once per year, we host a GOLDWELL National Artist for a full-day training session. In addition, we have bi-monthly in-house education designed to meet your needs.
