Our 6-9 month training program is designed with your success in mind. Carefully laid out and organized, you will find yourself buzzing through the training program with ease and knowing where you are and where you are going!
We expect you to perfect your skills, and learn how to scale your business behind the chair while enjoying working alongside your Educator and Mentor. One day per week you’ll work behind the chair with your guests to put into action what you are learning while training.
This program entails business building, social media training, as well as technical skills.
You will enjoy earning $15.00 per hour as well as an additional $1-$3.00 per hour gratuity from your educator based on your daily performance.
We work as a team and have procedures and policies in place to support you. Fringe is a collaboration of a talented, hardworking, drama-free team that prides itself on organization and timeliness.
Associate Training Program
Duties include but are not limited to:

Assisting your Educator to ensure a smooth workflow. Daily goal setting and tracking.

Being available to other Artists and Guest Services when needed. Perform services, according to your educator’s direction.

See a minimum of two guests per opportunity shift

Social media posting and presence no less than twice per week.

Expectations are to attend each educational class offered. Arrive 20 minutes before your shift, and have a genuine desire to learn more year after year. Cleaning duties are shared by all employees and are mandatory before exiting.
